Wednesday Wellness tip

Choosing Avocados. This fruit is a super food because it contains loads of cholesterol-lowering, heart healthy mono-unsaturated fat. Avocados boost the antioxidant effects of other foods, so pair it up. One such vegetable is the tomato, rich in lycopene and a cancer-fighting food.  Next time you make guacamole, add diced fresh tomatoes, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
